Our diverse product line primarily comprises drill bits, drill rods, shank adapters, and couplings, each designed for precision and durability.
1. Drill bit:
a. Classification: The drill bits are categorized into button bits, reaming bits, and cross-type bits, with the button bit being the predominant choice due to its superior performance.
b. Material: The core body is crafted from premium hot-set steel such as FF710 and 45CrNiMoVA, while the alloy components are primarily YK05, employing an advanced hot-set inlay process for enhanced durability and efficiency.
c. Alloy shape: Alloy tips are available in different forms, including spherical, parabolic, and ballistic buttons. For rapid penetration, the parabolic button is ideal, whereas the spherical button is preferred for high wear resistance.

2. Drill rod:
a. Classification: Drill rods are available in configurations such as extension rods, speedrods, and guide tubes, with round drill rods being commonly utilized for bench and production drilling tools.
b. Material: Typically composed of 23CrNi3Mo, each drill rod undergoes a specialized carburizing treatment to ensure strength and longevity.

3. Shank adapter and coupling: Crafted from high-grade 23CrNi3Mo, these components are also enhanced through the carburization process to withstand rigorous drilling demands.
