1. Drill Bit:
a. Classification: Our drill bits are smartly categorized into button bits, reaming bits, and cross-type bits, with button bits being the predominant choice for superior performance.
b. Material: We utilize premium hot-set steel like FF710 and 45CrNiMoVA for durability, paired with YK05 alloy, using advanced hot-set inlay processes, ensuring excellence in performance.
c. Alloy Shape: Alloys are crafted into spherical, parabolic, and ballistic buttons. For rapid penetration, choose the parabolic button; for maximum wear resistance, opt for the spherical button.

2. Drill Rod:
a. Classification: Drill rods are expertly divided into extension rods, speedrods, and guide tubes, with round drill rods being the standard for bench and production drilling tools, ensuring adaptability to various structures.
b. Material: Our drill rods are generally composed of robust 23CrNi3Mo, enhanced with a specialized carburizing treatment for outstanding strength and longevity.
