1. Drill Bit:
a. Classification: Our drill bits are expertly classified into button bits, reaming bits, and cross-type bits. Notably, the button bit takes precedence as our flagship offering, recognized for its superior performance.
b. Material: The drill bit body is crafted from premium hot-set steel varieties like FF710 and 45CrNiMoVA, while the alloy components are predominantly YK05. Our sophisticated inlay process further enhances durability and effectiveness.
c. Alloy Shape: We offer alloys in diverse shapes, including spherical, parabolic, and ballistic buttons. For rapid penetration needs, choose the parabolic button, whereas for heightened wear resistance, the spherical button is ideal.

2. Drill Rod:
a. Classification: Our drill rods are meticulously categorized into extension rods, speedrods, and guide tubes. For bench and production drilling, round drill rods are the preferred choice, offering unmatched stability and precision.
b. Material: Constructed from the robust 23CrNi3Mo alloy, these rods undergo carburizing treatment to bolster their durability and performance.

3. Shank Adapter and Coupling: Similar to our drill rods, the shank adapter and coupling are extensively crafted from 23CrNi3Mo and are treated with carburization for enhanced strength and longevity.
