Product Description

The KT15i intelligent open use down the hole drill rig (open use rock drilling robot) is mainly used for blast hole drilling in open-pit mines, stonework blast holes and construction projects. Featuring precise positioning and fully automatic drilling capabilities, this highly intelligent drilling equipment meets the requirements of smart mine construction.

Precise Positioning: Utilizing RTK measurement technology, it achieves positioning accuracy within 10cm - significantly exceeding open-pit blasting requirements.

Drilling Assistance System: Automatically adjusts the feed beam position and drilling angle based on imported coordinate files to ensure compliance with mine specifications.

Automatic Drilling System: Offers autonomous drilling mode that automatically adjusts opening/drilling parameters according to rock formations, enabling efficient drilling and anti-jamming functions. Completes the entire drilling process including penetration, lifting, and rod handling automatically until reaching target depth.

Data Processing System: Automatically collects and transmits drilling data to form a drilling process database, incorporating measurement-while-drilling and lithology sampling systems.

Remote Control System: In mines with good network conditions, can connect to office control rooms for remote operation (multi-machine control by single operator), primarily for remote travel control to reduce or eliminate on-site drilling personnel.
