1. Drill Bit:
a. Classification: Our drill bits are expertly categorized into button bits, reaming bits, and cross-type bits, with the button bit being our flagship offering.
b. Material: The drill bit body is predominantly crafted from premium hot-set steel, including grades such as FF710 and 45CrNiMoVA. The cutting alloy primarily uses YK05, utilizing a sophisticated hot-set inlay process.
c. Alloy Shape: The alloy is available in spherical, parabolic, and ballistic button forms. For rapid penetration, the parabolic button is ideal, while the spherical button offers superior wear resistance.

2. Drill Rod:
a. Classification: Drill rods are divided into extension rods, speedrods, and guide tubes, tailored to diverse structural requirements. Round drill rods are preferred for bench and production drilling.
b. Material: They are generally constructed from 23CrNi3Mo and undergo a meticulous carburizing treatment for enhanced performance.
