Our extensive product line prominently features elements such as drill bits, drill rods, shank adapters, and couplings, all designed for superior performance and durability.
1. Drill Bit:
a. Classification: Our drill bits are expertly classified into button bits, reaming bits, and cross-type bits, with button bits leading the charge due to their widespread application and efficiency.
b. Material: Crafted primarily from hot-set steel like FF710 and 45CrNiMoVA, our drill bit bodies are paired with YK05 alloy, utilizing a hot-set inlay process for unmatched durability.
c. Alloy Shape: The alloy variations include spherical, parabolic, and ballistic buttons. Parabolic buttons are optimal for rapid penetration, while spherical buttons are chosen for high wear resistance, adapting to varying working conditions.

2. Drill Rod:
a. Classification: Drill rods are divided into extension rods, speedrods, and guide tubes, tailored to structural demands. Round drill rods are predominantly used in bench and production drilling applications.
b. Material: Our drill rods are constructed from 23CrNi3Mo, enhanced by a rigorous carburizing treatment to ensure robustness and longevity.

3. Shank Adapter and Coupling: These components also use 23CrNi3Mo and are fortified through carburization, ensuring steadfast durability.
