1. Drill Bit:
a. Classification: Our drill bits are expertly segmented into button bits, reaming bits, and cross-type bits, with button bits reigning as the most popular choice due to their outstanding versatility and performance.
b. Material: These bits are forged from premium hot-set steel, such as FF710 and 45CrNiMoVA, with alloys like YK05. The cutting-edge inlay process utilizes advanced hot-set techniques for enhanced durability.
c. Alloy Shape: The alloy showcases various button configurations-spherical, parabolic, and ballistic. Choose parabolic buttons for rapid penetration and spherical buttons for superior wear resistance, tailoring functionality to specific work conditions.
