1. Drill Bit:
a. Classification: Our drill bits are expertly classified into button bits, reaming bits, and cross-type bits, with a particular emphasis on the high-performing button bits as our flagship product.
b. Material: Crafted primarily from hot-set steel such as FF710 and 45CrNiMoVA, our drill bit bodies are paired with YK05 alloy tips. We utilize a state-of-the-art hot-set inlay process to ensure superior durability and efficiency.
c. Alloy Shape: The alloy tips are meticulously shaped into spherical, parabolic, and ballistic buttons. Parabolic buttons are ideal for rapid penetration, while spherical buttons offer exceptional wear resistance for demanding conditions.

2. Drill Rod:
a. Classification: Our drill rods are categorized into extension rods, speedrods, and guide tubes based on their structural design. Round drill rods are predominantly used for bench and production drilling applications.
b. Material: We utilize high-grade 23CrNi3Mo steel, enhanced through carburizing treatment, to produce robust and reliable drill rods.

3. Shank Adapter and Coupling: These components are crafted from superior 23CrNi3Mo steel and undergo rigorous carburization to ensure peak performance and longevity.
