Bench and production drilling tools are divided into R32, T38, T45, T51, T60, ST58, ST68 according to threads. Different threads according to different diameters of drill rods.

The products mainly include drill bit, drill rod, shank adapter and coupling.
1.Drill bit:
  a. Classification: drill bit is divided into button bit,reaming bit,cross-type bit, among them the button bit is the main one.
  b. Material: body is mainly hot-set steel, such as FF710, 45CrNiMoVA; the alloy is mainly YK05, and inlay process is hot-set.
  c. Alloy shape: the alloy is divided into spherical button, parabolic button, ballistic button. According to the working condition, fast penetration choose parabolic button, high wear resistance choose spherical button.

2.Drill rod:
  a. Classification: drill rod is divided into extension rod, speedrod and guide tube according to different types of structure. The bench and production drilling tools are usually using round drill rod.
  b. Material: generally 23CrNi3Mo with carburizing treatment.

3.Shank adapter and coupling: the material is generally 23CrNi3Mo, treated by carburization.
