1. Drill Bit:
a. Classification: Our drill bits are expertly divided into various types-button bits, reaming bits, and cross-type bits, with the button bit leading as the primary option due to its superior efficiency and versatility.
b. Material: The body of our drill bits is crafted from high-grade hot-set steel, such as FF710 and 45CrNiMoVA, ensuring durability. The alloy components feature YK05, and employ an advanced hot-set inlay process for exceptional strength.
c. Alloy Shape: Our alloys are available in a variety of shapes including spherical buttons, parabolic buttons, and ballistic buttons. For rapid penetration, the parabolic button is recommended, while the spherical button is optimal for high wear resistance applications.

2. Drill Rod:
a. Classification: Drill rods are expertly categorized into extension rods, speed rods, and guide tubes based on structural design. Round drill rods are the preferred choice for bench and production drilling tools, offering both precision and reliability.
b. Material: Our drill rods are predominantly made from 23CrNi3Mo with specialized carburizing treatment, ensuring enhanced strength and longevity.
