1. Drill Bit:

a. Classification: Our drill bits are expertly classified into button bits, reaming bits, and cross-type bits, with the button bit reigning supreme as the primary choice for demanding drilling tasks.
b. Material: The body is crafted from premium hot-set steel varieties like FF710 and 45CrNiMoVA, while the alloy is predominantly YK05. The inlay process is skillfully performed using hot-set techniques, ensuring durability and strength.
c. Alloy Shape: Our alloys come in various forms, including spherical buttons, parabolic buttons, and ballistic buttons. Choose the parabolic button for rapid penetration or the spherical button for heightened wear resistance, depending on your operational needs.

2. Drill Rod:
