1. Drill Bit:
a. Classification: Our drill bits are expertly classified into button bits, reaming bits, and cross-type bits. With a focus on versatility, the button bit stands as the cornerstone of our offerings, delivering superior penetration and reliability.
b. Material: The drill bit body is predominantly composed of high-strength hot-set steel, such as FF710 and 45CrNiMoVA. The alloy, chiefly YK05, is meticulously inlaid through a hot-set process, ensuring robust performance and longevity.
c. Alloy Shape: We offer alloys in various shapes like spherical, parabolic, and ballistic buttons. For rapid penetration in dynamic conditions, choose the parabolic button; whereas, for heightened wear resistance, the spherical button is ideal.

2. Drill Rod:
a. Classification: Our drill rods are expertly sorted into extension rods, speedrods, and guide tubes based on structural types. Round drill rods are predominantly utilized for bench and production drilling tools, ensuring optimal performance in challenging environments.
b. Material: Crafted from high-grade 23CrNi3Mo and enhanced through carburizing treatment, our drill rods are built for exceptional strength and durability.
