1. Drill Bit:
a. Classification: Our drill bits are expertly classified into button bits, reaming bits, and cross-type bits. Among these, the button bit stands out as our primary offering, renowned for its effectiveness and reliability.
b. Material: The core of our drill bit body is crafted from premium hot-set steel, including grades like FF710 and 45CrNiMoVA. The alloy used is predominantly YK05, and the inlay process is executed using advanced hot-set techniques for superior performance.
c. Alloy Shape: Our alloys are available in various shapes such as spherical button, parabolic button, and ballistic button. For fast penetration, opt for the parabolic button, while the spherical button guarantees high wear resistance, adapting to diverse working conditions.
