1. Drill Bit:
a. Classification: Our drill bits are expertly classified into button bits, reaming bits, and cross-type bits, with the versatile button bit leading our lineup in popularity and effectiveness.
b. Material: Crafted with precision, the body of our drill bits is primarily composed of hot-set steel, featuring premium materials like FF710 and 45CrNiMoVA. The alloy component, mainly YK05, is skillfully integrated using a hot-set inlay process for maximum durability.
c. Alloy Shape: For optimal performance, our alloy comes in spherical, parabolic, and ballistic button shapes. Choose the parabolic button for rapid penetration or the spherical button for exceptional wear resistance, tailored to meet diverse work conditions.

2. Drill Rod:
